Our program works like this:
We perform a complete examination of your roof which includes cleaning debris from the roof. We inspect all critical areas of the roof needing attention and collect that information and roof data.
We will then report all findings and provide you with a detailed report complete with roof diagram, analysis and photos. Any minor repairs recommended for your roof that are preventing proper roof performance will be listed in detail with pricing if applicable.
We will prepare an estimate for any work required beyond minor repairs to restore your roof to acceptable roofing standard. With your approval, the work will be completed per the recommendations. We account for all work performed on your roof in a digital report submitted to you; complete with before and after photos for your records.
After inspection, cleaning, and reported maintenance is performed; your roof is restored to optimal performance as designed.
